How it works: the process

After you order the Digital Marketing Audit, here’s what’s going to happen:

1. You will receive a link to an online form after your purchase. Please complete this as thoroughly as possible as it will tell me about the challenges you’re facing, your business objectives and digital marketing efforts.

2. I will then review your information and contact you to schedule a Skype call so I can learn more about your business, services or product and your target audience.

3. I will need access to any analytics data + any other data you have available about the success of your digital marketing thus far.

4. When I have access to all the information I need to I will perform a full review of your online digital marketing strategy and make suggestions for improvements giving you specific feedback and suggestions.

6. I will send you written feedback in the form of a PDF by email within seven days of our Skype call. This document will be a thorough analysis of your digital marketing and make practical suggestions for improvements.

7. I am available for a follow-up 60 minute Skype conversation after you’ve read the report to discuss any questions you have.

8. Please Note: All information you provide is treated as strictly confidential.

How long will the report be ?

The written report will assess all of your online marketing efforts. The number of pages in the report depends on the number of improvements you need to make in your online marketing – the more things there are to fix, the longer the report is.

Bear in mind that the number of pages is not the goal, but the improved results you get after implementing the advice. Each point I make is something you can take action on immediately.

What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive a link to an online form that you will need to fill in along with the confirmation of your payment

I’ll review the information you submit within 24 hours, often less, and then schedule a Skype call with you to learn all I can about your business.

After I have all the information and data I need I’ll start reviewing your digital marketing, analyzing your website and your competition and will write a document full of actionable feedback.

It will take me 7 days to get the report over to you once I have all the data and information I need to carry out the audit.

If, for some reason, I am unable to take on your project at this time I will return your payment in full.
