Johan Ununger, Managing Director of Swedish food manufacturer SaltÃ¥ Kvarn, gave an excellent insight into successful business blogging at today’s Disruptive Media conference.

Ununger, a self-confessed former long-haired hippy, has overseen a major upturn for the company in the last few years. Simultaneously, Saltå Kvarn have embraced blogging as a means of engaging with their customers and community.

SaltÃ¥ Kvarn’s blog is regularly updated, written in an engaging, personal tone and provides an insight into the way the company works. More than that, it is also a space where the manufacturer and customer can discuss new products, ideas, and ways in which food can be enjoyed to the fullest.
